What we collect

When you send a quote request we receive what you enter in the form: name, phone number, email address, site address, type of work, preferred timing, description and any photos.

If you call or email us, we handle the details you give us in that contact.

Why we use it

We use the details to reply to your request, prepare a quote and agree the work. The legal basis is your request before a possible contract (EU General Data Protection Regulation, Art. 6(1)(b)).

We do not use the details for marketing and do not pass them on for other purposes.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept for up to 12 months if they do not lead to an order. If we do the work, the details are kept as long as accounting and tax law requires.

Who handles it

The details are handled by Niipperin Maanrakennus Ky. The form runs on Cloudflare, and messages are delivered to email through the Resend service. The email account is hosted by Google.

These providers may process data outside the EU. Transfers are covered by EU-approved safeguards such as the Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no tracking cookies and no visitor analytics. The form’s spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) checks that the sender is a person and is not used for tracking.
